What AI Credit Mart is
AI Credit Mart is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of unused AI credits (Google Cloud, AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). We facilitate introductions and transactions between parties.
What we do
- List available credits from sellers
- Match buyers with relevant inventory
- Facilitate communication between parties
What we don’t do
- We don’t guarantee credit validity, transferability, or provider compliance
- We don’t hold funds in escrow (transactions are between buyer and seller)
- We don’t provide refunds for credits that expire or become unusable after transfer
Buyer responsibilities
- Verify credits work for your use case before completing payment
- Understand the provider’s terms regarding credit transfers
- Complete due diligence on expiry dates and restrictions
Seller responsibilities
- Only list credits you actually own and can transfer
- Accurately represent credit amounts, expiry dates, and any restrictions
- Complete the transfer promptly after payment
Pricing and fees
Discounts on AI Credit Mart typically range from 20–40% off face value. Our commission structure is communicated during the transaction process.
Disputes
If a transaction goes wrong, contact us and we’ll help mediate. However, AI Credit Mart is a marketplace — final responsibility lies with the buyer and seller.
Limitation of liability
AI Credit Mart is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for losses from expired credits, failed transfers, provider policy changes, or disputes between parties. Our total liability is limited to any fees we collected on the specific transaction in question.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
